It uses an internal thermostat to keep the temperature at 102 desirable when the animal is lying on the sidewalk. The unit is constructed of a soft but strong material and a steel wrapped cord to ensure the safety of your pet. The Lectro-Soft is available in 3 sizes (S, M, L) and the power is very low.
